Today I'm sharing a card for Lori's CTMH Design Team. I have been taking time to reflect on my many blessings and in the spirit of the holiday decided to create a card that reflects that.
Supplies Used: CTMH patterned paper: Huntington; Rub on: Bo Bunny;
Stamp: French Foliage Stampin Up; cardstock and ink: CTMH, Desert Sand
I love using up my stash and this Bo Bunny rub on has been in my stash for at least a year, it is so pretty but I was saving it for the "right" layout but decided it would make a perfect card and looks wonderful with the Huntington Paper! The basic card "layout" is one of my standard go to formulas! It is easy to make and always looks appealing....here is another card made with the same "layout" or formula:

Supplies Used: Patterned Paper: CTMH Sarita; Cardstock,: Stampin Up;
Ink: Stampin Up; Stamp set: Happy Harmony & Simply the Best Stampin Up
roller: unknown source
I rotated the card to make it a horizontal one this time but followed the same basic layout using different supplies which creates a totally different looking card! I LOVE this color combo! The Sarita paper pack is one of my FAVORITES from CTMH! It seems to coordinate with so many things I already have in my stash! I love taking something old (Bo Bunny rub on, retired SU stamps set) and combining it with something newer (CTMH papers) to make my projects have a new feel! Its so tempting to buy all new stamps, inks etc and I love to do it but when the budget is tight like it is this time of year why not make your old stuff new again by adding some awesome papers that might give an otherwise "old " embellishment new life! I know once I used up all of the paper from a line I always have TONS of embellishments left over and this is one way to use those up. I think you will find both the Huntington and Sarita paper packs coordinate well with a lot of your stash! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
