July Doubleshot kit - Simple Stories Domestic Bliss

Hello!  I am so excited to share with you my first reveal as a design team member of the ScrapRoom Kit Club!   I was blessed to be able to work with the Double-shot Kit Club for July.  This is an amazing kit!  Here is peek at the kit:

Here is my layout using the Simple Stories Domestic Bliss line:

Supplies Used: FROM THE KIT: White cardstock- American Crafts; Patterned Paper- Simple Stories Domestic Bliss; Simple Stories Bits N Pieces; Simple Stories Stickers (broom, oven mitt, washer, grocery cart & laundry basket)  FROM MY STASH: button - Stampin' Up, rhinestone- Queen & Co; letter stickers- Doodlebug & Echo Park

I just love these pictures of my son when he was younger! What a helper he was back then and how time flies!  Now it is like pulling teeth to get him to do a simple chore or help out around the house!!! I am going to have to show him these pictures of his little domestic self once he gets his own place and remind him of his love of cooking, cleaning and ironing!   I added a bunch of journaling on the back, I had so much to say that I didn't have room on the layout.  Don't you love this line? I had such a great time playing with it! I could think of a lot of ideas for it: house renovation pictures, new appliances, everyday life; cooking, layout about a favorite recipe, the sky is the limit!  And if you don't want to be so themed with this line it would be a perfect line for just regular photos about your family or kids! The small stickers and bits 'n pieces are great for your planner as well!   I know you will love this kit as much as I did!  To purchase yours make sure and visit The ScrapRoom Store today!  I will be back later in the week to show you the rest of the my creations using this fun kit!  Make sure and visit the Scrap Room blog or the Scrap Room store to check out what the other DT members did with the amazing kits!!

  1. Super cute layout, Lisa! I bought some of that line when it first came out and I think I need to get it out and play with it!
