Stick It Down ~ I love cats!

We spent the day making cards today!  We had a lot of fun playing around with different sketches and even creating a few cards of our own design!  Today my niece Katie decided she wanted to get in on the fun and enter a challenge or two.  She was able to complete one card for the Stick it Down challenge!  Here is the August card sketch from Stick it Down:
Here is Katie's card:

Here she is all smiles with her completed project!

Katie is just 9 years old and this is her first time to use a sketch!  I think she did a great job don't you?  I think we have a budding sketch challenge junkie on our hands!  Tomorrow we are tackling a layout sketch!  Have a great weekend and happy creating!

  5. Fantastic job, Katie! I love how you created a card that has a picture sentence. The embossing folder you chose goes purrrrfectly with the theme of your adorable card.

Thanks for using our sketch as inspiration for your card! We hope you come back and visit us often!

  7. Love your card, Katie! Your embossed background is such a great accent with your three circles. So creative of you to think of the circles as a way to communicate a message!! Thanks for playing with the card team on the Stick It Down Blog this month. Good luck and hope to see you back in the gallery in September! Keep creating! Hugs, Cathy
